What is Mentorship?

The purpose of mentorship is to facilitate the mentee's personal and professional development by providing guidance, advice, and support. Mentors typically share their expertise, insights, and experiences to help mentees navigate challenges, set and achieve goals, and develop the skills and knowledge needed for success. Mentorship is often characterized by open communication, mutual respect, and a commitment to the mentee's growth.

At its heart, mentorship is a compassionate and supportive connection between someone with more experience (the mentor) and someone looking to learn and grow (the mentee).
